Shipping and Returns

SHIPMENT

We ship orders to the address that the client provides during purchase of our items.

Shipping within South Africa can take between 2 – 7 days, depending on the area of delivery. We will make every effort to deliver the order on time, but it is not guaranteed and we are not liable for delays for reasons beyond our control. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Any loss of goods because of wrong shipping address will not be refunded. No international shipment currently.

ORDERS

After a customer has placed an order, he or she will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of its order. Each customer is required to check the information on the order confirmation and has to inform Grief Gifts in case of any incompleteness or mistakes.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, we will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% charge for administration costs. We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet quality standards. Should Grief Gifts exercise this right, the user will receive a full refund with no deductions. Any complaints or compliments regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to sales@griefgifts.africa

Non defected product may be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. A full refund will be given (via initial payment method). You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused, and all original packaging and labelling must be returned or we will be unable to issue a refund. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the safe delivery back to Grief Gifts of all returns, we suggest courier or insured post and tracking. Defected or faulty products may be returned within 14 days and new product, will be given once we have received and confirmed the fault. For returns over 14 days a credit note will be issued within 30 days of purchase.

COMPLAINTS AND GUARANTEE

Complaints have to be made in writing within 7 days after delivery, delivered to Grief Gifts via Email. Geskenk will review each complaint. In case a complaint is valid, our compensation is limited to exchange of goods or to the limit of the paid order amount.

We will respond to your complaint within 14 days.

CONFLICTS

All contracts and orders between Grief Gifts and customers where these conditions apply, South African law applies in case of any conflicts.
